North Armed Fleet will appear with low probability when you defeat following NPC.

・Privateers　(Small Caravelle x2)
・Norwegian Pirates (Battle Flute x2 , Flute x1)
・North Brigade (Battle Carrack x3)
・North Brigade (Large Carrack x4)

These NPCs have many spawn point ,and appear widely.

However, there is little number of NPCs because this is quiet area.
Furthermore, they often appear in the other side of the island.
you will consume many time.


Therefore the probability that you meet North Armed Fleet will be extremely low.
So,I recommend that you bring to many players as much as possible.

If you do it alone, you may wander over sea for one week.
