This is rare crest which you can obtain only by plundering (or NC)
Unconfirmed but i saw already this crest in few pirate players.

My co-mem attacked the player several months ago.
The player seemed to use Pegasus feather many times,at that time.
The feather can plunder from Crimean Pirates
However, there was not method to obtain elsewhere in those days.
it was hard to obtain.
so,I think that special player (receive items from GM ) exists in this game.
Probably he is GA(Game Assistant) :)
Therefore I want only the information that obtained by plundering.
It is information to say that anyone can obtain :)
