タダであげるってのが”it's free”とかは微妙sgrと思ってた('-'

”You can have it” で"あげる"。
”You can have it for 100$” で"100$で売る"って感じか。

Yes, you can have it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have shown it to you.

You can have it forever (=for good).
(ずっと持ってていいよ,あげますよ)

(100ドルでいいよ)

あと、「~しなきゃ」「~した方が良い」的な意味で、
ニュアンスがキツイ方からやわらかい順で
